We will deliver into the premises on record described as the shipping address on a customer's order confirmation and will not do "curb side" drop offs in the event of the customer not being able to gain legal entry into the premises. We also reserve the right to request personal identification from the receiver of goods to verify that they are in fact the legitimate owner of the goods or the legitimate representitive contact who is acting on the customers behalf to receive the goods. This is to protect ourselves, our delivery contractors and our customers against fraud, theft and/or loss of goods during transit.
