I am extremely impressed with their service. I ordered a cot for my sister as a gift and delivery was made the day after it was picked up at the factory, she did not even need to assemble anything and she said it is an utterly beautiful cot. Warren is great to deal with and reply to emails and phone calls within minutes. I will most definately buy from them again. I am in New York and have never dealt with an online transaction with so much ease before and believe me I buy online all the time. Thank you so much for everything.
